1. Competition is only open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Tesco, Mars UK their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. To enter, simply visit www.galaxysmoothtunes.co.uk and complete the answer to our question and enter your contact details.

3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 11pm on 02.12.09. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

4. There are 5 x 16GB iPod Nanos to be won.

5. The 5 prize winners will be the first 5 names selected at random out of all the correct answers received by 11pm on 02.12.09. Prize winners will be drawn within 7 days of the closing date. The draw will be independently supervised.

6. Winners will be notified by phone or email 7 days after the closing date, and must confirm their name and address, within 14 days of being notified. Winners will then receive their prize within a further 14 days.

7. Only one entry per person per day. Bulk entries received from third parties will not be accepted.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

9. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the competition, the Promoter in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

10. Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there are no alternatives.

11. Results of the draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate this promotion, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. The winners’ details (names and counties only) will be available for six weeks only by sending a SAE to Mars iPod Tesco Promotion, 3 Evolution, Wynyard Business Park, Wynyard, County Durham, TS22 5TB after 09.12.09.

14. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and to be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

15. By accepting the Prize, consent is automatically given to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity for and on behalf of the Promoter if so requested.

16. The Promoter will collect data for the purposes of administering this promotion only and will not retain it once winners have received their prizes.
